Our easy to use platform enables the fast and efficient reporting of actual payroll. This allows clients to pay their workers’ compensation premium based on actual payroll rather than estimated remuneration, one payroll period at a time. Payroll may be processed weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly and monthly.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Basic information required:

• Legal Name
• DBA (if applicable)
• FEIN
• Mailing address and physical address (if different)
• Contact Information: name, telephone number and email address
• Full name of all Officers & Directors
• Date of incorporation
• Any common ownership with any insurance agency and or insurance carrier
• Proof of Errors and Omissions/Professional Liability coverage of no less than $1,000,000 limit of insurance, with an AM Best A rated carrier (signed declarations page required)
• Financial Statements for the prior two years
• Name of Banking Institution, contact person and phone number

Financial Information

Financials and proof of insurance requirements will be evaluated every 12 months
