Ascendant's market expansion strategy focuses on growing its presence in the emerging Hispanic population, its niche market, and one of the fastest-growing demographics in the country.

We are strategically replicating our successful methods in other high-density Hispanic markets nationwide. Texas and Georgia were the first states to join our home base in Florida, and we have rapidly expanded to 24 states nationwide.

We differentiate ourselves in the marketplace by our hands-on, fully bilingual approach to training, monitoring, and servicing our agents. Our fully bilingual, predominantly Hispanic staff can effectively service this market by understanding the challenges of Hispanic-owned businesses.

In each state, we will establish a local office staffed with representatives who know the local Hispanic market, established agency relationships, proven results, and underwriting experience. Our operations will continue to be centralized in Florida, allowing access to our bilingual call center, policy administration, and underwriting support.
